Henrich helps Long Island Marinas take precautions against future flooding

We all know the damage caused during Super Storm Sandy especially to many of Long Island’s Marinas. We at Henrich have been working with Marinas and low lying commercial fueling sites to find a solution to prevent their Fueling equipment from future flood damage by installing a Henrich designed Stainless Steel pump extension.

The pump extension raises the pump 18″ and keeps it out of harms way during storm surges and freak tides. I believe we learned a valuable lesson during Sandy and we can help prevent or at least minimize damage to fueling facilities in storms to come.
